Abstract

Metastatic ureter tumors are seldom revealed. Ureter obstruction caused by the mammary tumor of a man is an especially infrequent case. The authors present their case where the metastasis imitated acute lithic obstruction. The diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities are analysed. A review is given of the publications on this field available in the literature of the past 20 years and it is stated that no reports on similar alterations were found in it.
